Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent childcare and educational programs provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids in Marietta, Georgia.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state training regulations on an annual basis. Our Marietta childcare staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning, and OSHA regulations are also provided so that the staff will develope skills needed to create a quality learning environment. They are encouraged to further their early childhood education through CDA and CCP programs, and are given opportunities to attend professional childcare training conferences.

Our Marietta preschool staff has continued their education in several different ways. We have fourteen teachers who have their four year degree or teaching certificates, along with seven of our staff members who have completed their CDA (Child Associate Certificate). And, we have several other teachers who are in the process of obtaining their certificate along with the members of management.
